MultiDyn (MD) is a compact multi-dynamic-chambers rack, based on the dimensions of a standard 24-well plate.

Each rack is transparent and equipped with 4 wells, designed to reproduce the cell growth area of a standard plate. Each chamber can be autonomously perfused, allowing for the development of 4 parallel and dynamic models.
MD is an semi-disposable product and it can be provided with a clamp system and a plate, to increase the compatibility with LiveFlow.

FAQ

Yes. MD is desinged to reproduce both the bulk dimension as well as the cell growth surface/well of a standard 24-well plate. Therefore, both standard cell culture protocols as well as LiveBox1 protocols can be maintained.
Moreover, MD is trasparent, thus the cells can be monitored in real-time, using an inverted microscope.

Each rack is equipped with 4 wells. Each chamber can be autonomously perfused, allowing for the development of 4 parallel and dynamic models.

Yes, each rack is modular. Therefore, it is possible to join different MD to design, as in a Lego strategy approach, a customized fluidic platform, characterized by several tissues in cross-modulation and, at the same time, 4 replicates.

MD can be sterilized up to 3 times (we suggest: EtOH 70% + UV exposition).
